Requesting a dCal account
Thank you for your interest in dCal, Duke's group scheduling service. Before you request an account, please read the following important information.
- dCal is a group scheduling service. As such, by signing up for dCal, understand that your name, email address, NetID, and UniqueID will be visible to other users of the dCal system.
- If you are in a department using another scheduling solution, we recommend that you consult your departmental IT group before proceeding.
- Protected Health Information (PHI) is not permitted in dCal. You may
determine if something is PHI by referring to the De-Identification of Protected Health Information Policy (accessible only from within the DUHS network) or by requesting guidance from the DUHS Information Security Office at iso@mc.duke.edu.
- To stay aware of the latest and be informed of service updates with dCal, we recommend you subscribe to the dCal-announce mailing list.
